1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging PinePro Menifee Tree Services for any tree care services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
PinePro Menifee Tree Services provides professional tree care including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by certified professionals following industry safety standards.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all tree services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated and approved before proceeding. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Property Access and Preparation
The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for removing or securing any valuables, outdoor furniture, or fragile items near the work zone. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we cannot be held liable for damage to items not disclosed or moved prior to service. Underground utilities must be marked before work begins. The client is responsible for contacting local utility companies for location services.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date will incur no fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the estimated job cost. Emergency services have different cancellation policies due to their urgent nature.
6. Insurance and Liability
PinePro Menifee Tree Services carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage to trees or property resulting from natural causes, previous damage, or conditions beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of service completion.
7. Permits and Regulations
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities for tree removal or other services. We can provide guidance and assistance with permit applications, but ultimate responsibility lies with the property owner. Additional fees may apply for permit research and application assistance.
8. Weather and Safety Delays
Tree work is weather-dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe conditions including high winds, heavy rain, lightning, or other hazardous weather. Safety is our top priority. If work must be postponed for safety reasons, we will reschedule at the earliest available time at no additional cost. Partial work completed before weather delays will be billed accordingly.
9. Warranty and Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns. This warranty does not cover damage from natural causes, improper client maintenance, or third-party actions occurring after our service is complete.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of PinePro Menifee Tree Services and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, in accordance with California state law.
